Ordering

Bright Schools collaborates with your school to choose the ideal Microsoft or Google HP device to meet your needs. Parents receive an invitation to access a secure site to order the device, with payment options available either upfront or through monthly direct debit using Bright Schools financing.

Your child’s device is securely set up and delivered ready-to-use before the start of term, accompanied by written instructions and contact details for our support desks.

Service and Repairs

If a student damages their device at any point, they simply go to their schools IT co-ordinator who will immediately provide them with one of the spare Bright Schools devices kept on-site. We will then collect the damaged device, repair it at our HP-certified repair centre in Wexford, and return it to the student within a week.

Repairs costs are pre-paid but are subject a handling fee.*
